Terms and Conditions

Our aim is to provide you with an easy and satisfying purchase. If our product/ service expectations fall below that which you consider to be acceptable please telephone or email and we will address your concerns. Please read the conditions below before contacting us.

We can only at this stage accept orders and delivery to the Australian mainland, Tasmania and Norfolk Island. (And some post coded areas outside of these)

Proof of Age
As alcoholic beverages can only be supplied to persons over the age of 18 years, therefore we require proof of age when purchasing and confirmation that receipt of the goods will also be by a person over 18 years age.

Delivery
Our carriers and we will make all attempts to deliver on time, however please note that orders will be processed and dispatched on the next working day. Allow 3 to 4 working days Perth metro and surrounds and 5 to 8 working days for all other capital cities and surrounds, and perhaps a little longer in remote locations. This is a guide only and is subject to issues out of our control.

  • Billabong can take no responsibility for goods delivered to the delivery address but not received by you.
  • Persons receiving the goods at the delivery address provide shall be presumed to be authorized to receive the goods.
  • Payment of the goods shall be taken as confirmation that the purchase and delivery details are all correct and legal.
  • The delivery price for 1 carton applies to every carton purchased(2 cartons =2 delivery amounts)

Billabong Brewing Refund Policy
Billabong Brewing will gladly refund your money or replace the goods if there is a quality issue with the product, provided that you:

  • Call customer Service so that we can assist and assess your request on 08 93176099 during the hours of 9am to 6pm WST or 10.30am to 8.30pm EST.
  • Have purchased the beer directly from Billabong Brewing or the web site billabongbrewing.com.au (if you purchased it from a liquor outlet please deal direct with them, however should you feel you need further satisfaction please call direct)
  • Telephone prior to returning the goods for a Return Authorization, and provide verbally or in writing the reasons for your dissatisfaction.(We will not refund or exchange based on personal preferences alone).
  • Return at least 20 unopened bottles and original carton, at your expense unless agreed to and authorized by us.
  • For goods damaged in transit please contact your local Australia Post office First
  • Notification of complaint must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

Ordering On Line
Orders placed and paid for online will be treated as a sale completed and to cancel will require an immediate person-to-person telephone call.

Payment 

  • Online secure payments may only be made using Visa, Master and Bankcard credit cards (please check for your card). the nominated cards. 
  • Direct deposit online can be arranged. (Please call for our details) 
  • Cheques can be mailed (dispatch of goods will not occur until the cheque has been cleared). 
  • Cash, EFTPOS, credit & debit cards are acceptable at the brewery.

Pricing
All prices quoted are Australian dollars only and are GST Inclusive. The carton price does not include delivery (please check your area delivery price). Delivery charges are per single carton only, and do not refer to the total order as a once off postcode delivery price.
