Gluten Free
We are very close with our next beer an Australian Pale Ale (APA) and it is sensational, we are trying to have out by Christmas.
After more than two years of trial and error we are very pleased with our current range of gluten free beers. However we have along the way, made inroads into our next two styles, one will be a main stream Lager and the other will be a darker Ale style. (Lots O Work needed)
Premium Range(boutique)
As we progress through each season of the year, it is our hope to produce a beer to suit. Being a Micro brewery we are able to react very quickly to customer demands. Therefore we will ask you to email to Dr Beer your personal thoughts for the upcoming season and we see if we can gain a consensus.
